I had to have my crawlspace repaired.  Right from the beginning of the call everything  was great.  My quote was found, The date/time was scheduled. Lisa was so kind and professional and answered all of the questions that I had for her.  When Chris and his team arrived.  I was asked if I had any questions.  Unfortunately,  I had quite a few questions.  Chris, Joshua, Ray and Tyler answered all of my questions.  They were very patient with me and even showed me pictures of what work was being done and what it would look like.  I know that they were on a time crunch as they had other calls to complete,  but no one rushed through my questions and explained things to me so that I understood what was being done. I had very bad water problems in my crawl space so I called Falcone to see what I could do to solve it.  They told me what I needed to do and I agreed.  I had one small problem with the moisture ventilation equipment and not only did Falcone come to see what the problem was but the manufacture of the equipment also called me and worked with Falcone to solve it.  I have been very pleased with the results from the solutions Falcone performed.  They also come once a year to check out the system and are very through in this check. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. Rex was the one who gave us a free quote. He was very good at explaining our situation and options in terms that made sense. We never felt pressured or like he was pushing the company on us. We are in the Asheville area and this Charlotte-based company sent Freddie and Tyler out to do the job. We needed a lot of work and these guys were the most efficient team I've ever seen. They were fast, but thorough. My  crawl space was a wet, muddy mess with several inches of water covering the entire area after a decent rain.  In addition, a number of floor joists had deteriorated due to the damp environment.  Rex Gosnel did a thorough inspection, took photos and clearly and patiently explained what needed to be done   Tyler came out and installed a pump to remove as much water as possible.  Eric and Freddie arrived a week later and installed a pump and a foundation drain around the entire perimeter of the crawl space, and also to repair/replace the weakened floor joists Those two worked their tails off.

Patrick came out for additional crawlspace work. It’s great to see that there are still good people who represent their company with honesty and integrity.
