Did a very good job, very efficiently, and ccompletely.

Chris and his teams were prompt, professional, and approachable. They arrived when they said they would, and the work they did was impressive given the 18” max height of our 98 year old crawlspace. They hand dug new footers, mixed and hand carried concrete for those footers. Once the concrete set, they returned, lifted the house and added much needed support to an original girder that had sagged several inches in almost 100 years. When they finished and the house sat back down, everything was level and there was no damage to the walls. And, remember, they did all of this in a crawlspace that isn’t much taller than 18”. Simply amazing! The office staff was courteous and answered all our questions. They also managed the multiple city and engineering inspections required for the work that was done! All of those inspections passed with flying colors. If you have some structural work to do, I highly recommend Falcone. I would use Falcone again, and plan to call them about our detached garage soon. They do great work!
