Eric and Tylor did the work in my crawl space. They were very polite and respectful.  They completed the work faster than I expected, and did an amazing job. We used Falcone’s services for some relatively minor pier repair and construction of a new pier. Great experience all around—Professional, great communication, a pleasure to work with.

I filled out the online form because I hate leaving voice mails and got a response by phone almost immediately. Rex came out to give me an estimate a few days later. He was very knowledgeable and, unlike the reps from some other companies, did not try to upsell me on 30k worth of additional work beyond the scope of what I needed. He explained clearly what needed to be done, and answered all my questions. Lee in the office kept me updated on scheduling, and confirmed the Friday that the the crew would arrive on Monday. Got a text that they were on their way as scheduled.

Randall and Devin did great work, were very courteous and professional, and cleaned up their work area afterward. Since I don’t mind crawling around under the house, Randall showed me what they were going to do, then showed me the finished work. Leslie followed up afterward to confirm that the final city inspection was complete.

Eric and his team were professional ; they worked well together and the install seems to have corrected the issue.  I appreciate this “can do attitude”. Who knew that joists and girders could be pretty? Well, the ones installed by Eric and crew are! We bought a real fixer-upper, with a significant number of failing joists and girders. The quality of the workmanship is superb, and no more squeaky floors! My experience with Falcone was way above expectations!!
I was highly stressed and overwhelmed by the condition of my
home’s crawl space and the needed repairs…main girder replacement, replacing/sistering many floor joists, & rotten band area at front door.
From my first phone call into Falcone’s office until receiving the ‘paid in full’ receipt, there has been nothing but outstanding customer service and communication….from administrative as well as field personnel.
Rex gained my confidence quickly during the initial inspection with
his knowledge as well as his demeanor. He listened to what I wanted (repairs and new vinyl only)
and responded with several pricing options. He showed a lot of
patience with my many questions in the days following that meeting.
Eric and Tyler did a great job making the repairs. They were very respectful of me and my property , providing updates & pictures as
the work progressed. I quickly became comfortable & confident in
their abilities & goal to do this job the way it should be done and as promised.
