Eric and Tyler were absolutely fantastic. Not only did they go above and beyond with the work promised, but they did so in a timely and professional manner Eric also walked me through everything they did, and explained everything to me so that I could see and understand what was happening. Rex was knowldgabek as were the rest of the team and they were able to answer all the questions I had. They were also flexible in allowing me to add additional features during the installation. Pete from Falcone Crawlspace came to provide a repair estimate to stop rain water from coming into our crawlspace where earlier frozen pipe damage was repaired. After a very careful inspection, he informed us that there is no problem that needs to be fixed. We were very impressed with his honesty...and quite relieved. I was on the same job site with this company last week at a house just outside of Raleigh. I was working on the kitchen cabinets and island . They were underneath the house working in a tight crawlspace. I watched them absolutely get after it for 3 1/2 days . Quality, thorough and top notch work. As well as quality young men !! Randall Richy is an excellent crew leader , Aiden Marshall and Devon Hester , excellent crew men as well . I took note of how hard this crew worked and the amount accomplished.  They know what they are doing , do it well and they hustle . I'm 55 years old , it was so refreshing to see a team of young men work that hard ! This company and crew would be my first call for any type of crawlspace issues.

A Falcone team recently completed a second project on our home.  This time the task was to replace several piers and add a set of drop girders.  Eric and Marvin did an outstanding job on the project.  Eric is great at planning and communicating the same and also made a genuine effort to keep us happy. Falcone Crawl Space has been an awesome with which to work. From the initial web site request to the estimate and finally the installation, everything has been well planned , well communicated, and well executed. Randall and Aiden took care of leveling and shoring up the foundation for my family cabin in Cruso, NC. They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, and couldn’t have been more informative or polite. Their response for the estimate was quick and I got a fair quote. Rex was very professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Ike and his team worked promptly explaining the timeline of the repairs. They exceeded our expectation on the job and completed it timely. The crowl space looks neat and they didn't leave debrief in the sorrounding areas. Very happy we got them to resolve our basement flooding issue.
